"Do not disturb" List
There is a list on emailmanager called: "do not disturb", where all contacts that request cancellation or report a spam are registered.
This option prevents you from sending emails to contacts that do not
wish to receive your campaigns and helps reducing the SPAM rate. Whenever you need you can also enter a contact on the list manually.
