Lufthansa signs partnership with Carrefour through program developed by eCentry

Lufthansa, a German airline company, has just signed a partnership with Carrefour, an international network of hypermarkets. The giants have agreed to extend the benefits of eXperts program developed by eCentry in Florianopolis.

Created more than 12 years ago for Lufthansa by the company that introduced the concept of email marketing in Brazil, the eXperts program is already active in more than 80 countries. It works as sales incentive for rewards and loyalty to travel agents as well as the official platform of the airline services and information.

With eXperts, the company can send newsletters and surveys, create incentive programs and prepare reports. Travel agents, in return, are able to accumulate points and exchange them for prizes.

Partnership extends benefits with Carrefour

With the contract signed this week by Tamur Goudarzi (Lufthansa) and Franck Boissinot (Carrefour), the partnership will extend the benefits of travel agents by integrating the eXperts program with the hypermarket application.

From January 2016, professionals will be able to redeem their points online and receive by email the eVoucher to exchange it for products at Carrefour.
