Personal contact - as a company representative, you can take part in courses, events, seminars where you will have a chance to meet business people. In these places, you may exchange contact details with people you meet (business card exchange, etc.). Each person you meet can become your future customer. Therefore, we recommend that you simply ask these people if they wish to receive more information about your company by email. If they accept, you can include their emails on your contact list. At the same time, you agree to receive emails from them.

This process is known as "soft opt-in" where two parties, agree to receive information from each other.

Viral marketing - through viral marketing, your company provides mechanisms that help to share email marketing content with other users. Ex. users can post your content on social networks  and share with their friends. Basically, we can call it: “personal recommendation”. Simply include a social network link in your newsletter/email and send it to your contacts who may share it with their friends.

Social Networks - Nowadays, Social Networks play an important part in people's life. Companies that do not use the major Social Networks are one step behind their competitors. Do not underestimate the power of Social Networks and use them to establish a communication channel with the contacts that are interested in your brand. Always remember, that through Social Networks and direct contact, you may be able to advertise your products and/or services and acquire new customers.

Finally, stay on top of what is happening in the digital world, as there are always new ways to advertise your company! But remember: build your contact list with emails that opted to receive your messages. The results of your email marketing campiagns depend on it!
