If you are new in the area or you didn’t adopt the feature on your email marketing strategy, you may be thinking, what is a welcome email? To help you, we have an example:

The welcome emails are key piece to give the starting point in any strategy that has as a priority to foster the relationship of your brand with your contacts, creating engagement, loyalty and customer satisfaction. By the time a person registers in your company’s site or blog to receive the newsletter, she becomes part of your contact database. As required by etiquette and good practice, why not send a welcome email?

This message is more than a marketing strategy, it’s the presentation letter of your company, which can be crucial to make a good impression and maybe even win a future ambassador for your brand.

A small study by Retention Science found most companies bet on personalization techniques that can be easily applied to emails. According to collected data, about a third (31.5%) of US companies add the client's name in their emails or send an exclusive welcome message. The percentage is still low, as it was proven that a good welcome email increase in 50% the interactions for the next emails.

Now, see how simple is to implement a welcome email if you have a contacts list integrated to emailmanager:

1. Create an autorresponder campaign;

2. Set the campaign to be sent on the next day after the register of your new contact;

3. In "Receiver", select the contacts list that is integrated with your registration form;

4. Ready! From there, create your campaign normally.

By releasing this campaign, the welcome email will be recorded in the system to be sent to the mailbox the next day after registration.

We wish good emails!
