Follow step by step below to learn how the integration works:

Connecting both platforms

1 Sign in to your emailmanager account and click in Settings (gear icon).


2 Scroll till Extra tab and select the option Integration.


3 Click the SurveyMonkey option and then the button to Connect.


4 A pop-up window will appear to allow the integration between both accounts.


Sending a survey

After the connection between both accounts, you are ready to send your first integrated survey to your email marketing campaign. Learn how doing this on the next steps.

1 From the top menu, within your account on emailmanager, select Campaigns and then click in Regular Campaigns or New Campaign on the side menu.


2 Choose from ready templates, including one from SurveyMonkey, a blank document, or tale a template already created for previous campaigns.


3 With a campaign opened, complete the first stage (settings), the second (recipients) until you reach the third (design). In the menu, go to SurveyMonkey and select the questionnaire you prepared in the SurveyMonkey website to include it to your emailmanager campaign. Heads up! Before you click on search, select in your campaign the place where you want it to appear.


4 A link will be automatically included in your campaign. When your recipients receive the email, they can answer the survey in a separate tab or in a new window. Customize the design and add content. Ready!


After sending the campaign, you can monitor the results of responses collected in research through reports, charts and graphs from SurveyMonkey. Just login to your account there!
